Aufgaben
- Develop and execute global account strategies for strategically important food industry customers
- Drive sustainable growth by identifying and converting international business opportunities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decisionmakers across global customer organisations
- Own and drive long-term growth plans for assigned global key accounts, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of both the costumer and the RAPS Group
- Lead complex global customer projects from opportunity identification through to commercial implementation
- Manage and continuously develop a robust global sales pipeline, including forecasting and strategic business planning
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new growth opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner within the organization by translating customer insights and market developments into future business and innovation opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional collaborations between Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to deliver customerfocused solutions
- Represent RAPS at international customer meetings, industry events and fairs
Profil
- Several years of successful experience in Key Account Management, Business Development or Strategic Sales within the food ingredients or food manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of managing and developing international or global accounts
- Strong network within the food industry and deep understanding of global market structures and customer buying processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account growth strategies that deliver measurable business results
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior and executive-level customers
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset combined with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
